We're letting our first 3
babies out in the pasture each day now - we'll get some more pictures of
them and post them soon. They are all doing great and we couldn't be
happier with the results we have from our crosses this past year. Mickey
was just born and now we have Lilly, our final foal of the year!

Dylan is
naming our foals again this year, so "Spiderman" is it for this little guy.
He's the 7th foal from crossing Classic Cobalt Blue & Shy Anne Thistle. He
was born early the morning of January 5th taping out at 10.2H and ~ 130lbs.
Here's our 1st pictures of him at about 2 weeks old. He's just huge and very
leggy with a short-strong back and long neck. These latest pictures are at 2
months and he's really coming on! He's got just a great hip with tons of
muscle all over. Got the cutest head to boot!
He's
almost 12h already and ~350#'s.
He just
keeps coming on!
"Mickey" ~ AQHA ~ N/N ~ Gray (Sorrel) Colt
Dylan
named this colt "Mickey" after guess who! He is from our cross of Classic Cobalt Blue
and Ima Good Kid Too. Kiddy passed on many of her great traits to this guy.
He has a great top line, short strong back, and incredible withers. Look at
the white this boy has on him - hind stockings - front socks - and that
blaze!
He's
turning into just a tank!
2010 Foals ~ Delights Hallmark ~ Chestnut Mare
As we've told you on
our Mares and Now-Showing pages, we collected 2 embryo's last year from
crossing Delights Hallmark (Alex) with Casino Cool. Watch here for
pictures of these two as they grow. Both of these babies are shedding
out to be gorgeous dark chestnuts.
It's a
GIRL and we couldn't be more excited. We were hoping so much for at
least 1 filly from this cross as our dear friend had hoped and worked
for over the years. She's a perfect/beautiful mix of class and
femininity. The pictures below were just taken by Marti's husband John!
He was so pleased to see that Marti's dream had become reality. This
little girl will never leave our property, as she will serve as our
reminder of our dear friend. Marti girl is turning out to be just a
fantastic filly. She is so flashy and has just a flair about her! Look
at the new pictures of her below.
He's our
first baby from this cross and is just over a week old in the pictures
below. Great colt with all the attributes of a future champion! It's
still really muddy and messy so please excuse that in the pics. This fantastic colt was 10.3h and over 140#'s at birth.
He is
one tall drink of water!

Not sure
if the name "Lilly" will stick, but Dylan wants to name her after a
flower! She's out of our cross between Duns Cool Powder (our former
Perlino stallion) and Obviously Beautiful (the mother of Ima Cool Beauty
Too). We just love her and will post more pictures as she grows.
She is
simply beautiful - short backed, leggy, baby doll head with those small
ears!
